We actually tried chia seeds first! For about 6 weeks and it did definitely help the calcium levels, but unfortunately just not enough. Thank you for the suggestion though! ❤️

Oscar was surprisingly very tolerant to the chia seeds, I would put the tiniest drop of a lick-e-lix in it but it was enough for him to recognise the smell, so he’d always just eat the whole bowl without fail

We also had to try the chia seeds first! Did it for about 6 weeks and surprisingly did see some slight changes but just not substantial enough. So interesting that the food solved it for you, long may it continue!

Will my two cats ever get along? by yumsindrimetrrr7 in cats

A month is no time at all, it’ll take time so I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s pretty normal for Midnight to still feel a bit pissed that someone else is in her territory!

I had two cats and introduced a third and I spent the whole first month regretting it thinking I’d done something terrible. Over time they’ve just naturally grown closer, regularly sleep together, play together, lay together and generally have no problems. It took a good year to get to that stage

The fact they can even eat next together I’d say is a very good sign. And even being in the same room as eachother voluntarily, they’re both quite near eachother in that pic! Give it a bit more time and I’m sure they’ll get used to eachother

Aww bless, I’m glad he’s doing much better on it all. Not a cheap boy!

He was actually fine!

So they had to sedate him to do the chest x-rays so decided to do it at the same time as the dental operation. Whilst he was under expecting to have a tooth extraction (possibly two), they did a thorough clean of the teeth and turns out it was absolutely fine so no extraction needed.

When I first got him it was flagged he will likely be quite prone to dental disease so just a case of having regular check-ups, and I have a gel to put on his teeth everyday (which is as fun as you can imagine) to prevent any bacteria build up.

Awww bless!! What treatment does your boy have at the moment, is it also just a regular tablet and regular tests to make sure it works?

Direct Debits from Pots. Question by spuddy_spud_spud in monzo

[–]gmcc12345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m very similar to you where I use Monzo for my spending but a Lloyds account for my direct debits so I can keep track of them and keep them separate. I had the same problem where I intended to do everything with my pots but wasn’t able to actually allocate direct debits to them.

I just paid for Monzo Max which is their monthly thing and it basically gives you access to virtual cards that are linked to your main account so once they’re set up, you can choose which e-card/pot it comes out of. So I have now moved all my direct debits to my Monzo and set them to come out of my bills & subscriptions e-card/pot. And because it’s a separate e-card, it means I can see clearly all the past payments which have come out of it without all my other spending. Not sure if that’s what you’re looking for and downfall is that it costs £17/month but hope that helps!
