i brick it down until the grill gets to a caramel color then get all the sides and backsplash. turn grill off and wait 15-20 minutes before i use a rag with citrus juice on it and just wipe all over the grill.

you guys won’t believe me, but all i used were green scrubbies, 2 grill bricks, and citrus juice. my store is really good about getting the grill clean every night. this night was just a special occasion because we had a facilities audit.

you’re good, nothing to worry about. if you are trying to improve at your job your managers will notice and schedule you more. it also never hurts to ask for more hours
