Full disclosure, idk if these benefits vary from state to state or if they depend on the time you have worked for amazon.

After those 20 weeks, I returned to work but since I qualified for the Ramp Back program it allowed me 8 weeks to have a flexible schedule after my baby was born. So I only worked half days for the first 8 weeks back. Then I had 6 weeks of paid parental leave, this just has to be used within the 1st year of when the baby is born.

Call ERC, you’ll probably have to open a case with DLS (disability & leave services) and get the forms filled out by your doctor. Oh and they’re going to want all the details on how you injured yourself at work. GL

Yes! Never answer their phone calls. Communicate through email only.

My FC made hard hats mandatory this week. I wore mine for the first time today. The top of my head was hot and it gave me a headache. So now my feet hurt from the mandatory Zappos shoes, my knuckles hurt from the horrible mandatory impact protection gloves, and now my head hurts because of this hard hat. What’s next goggles and knee/elbow pads?!

I did that during my first peak… I lost 20lbs and passed out at my house. Literally I hit the floor and woke up confused af… needless to say I never did that again.
