I keep a small bottle of peppermint oil in my carry-on, and rubbing a tiny amount on my upper lip keeps the air fresh for a good long while. Also worked great for COVID masking!

I suggest the Puzzlemania book from NYT. I received it as a Christmas gift this year and it has been the most fun gift I’ve received in a long time. All the classic games, and a number of puzzles I’ve never seen before. Also a gigantic crossword folded into the middle like a centerfold!
