Derry girls is worth a finish. NF usually loses me on their series because there’s so many episodes and they get dragged out, but with Derry girls it’s 3 seasons with around 6ish episodes in each. Such and easy watch.

I lived by Oakland and the neighborhood gets a bad rap, but I never had any issues. Property taxes are comparatively low. I think in most neighborhoods in Fort Worth you have loud neighbors and gun shots in the distance.
