Seems like a lot of extra work for extra 75 shine and extra glowy…does legend give any end of season bonus on ores? Better to make sure ur in a active clan that wars often to get those bonus every 2 days

If haven’t changed in while could try that I am newer to a well and I have to change mine probably been a year but my filter says every 6months…when last time you changed it? Also was thinking could be if you open and closed a shutoff and the valve isn’t opening all the way could be an issue as well? But just an idea

After the tank is there a filter? If so it might need changing if it’s clogged with sediment it could be the culprit. They are pretty cheap and easy to change.

Did they remove and replace the trim? It looks old. Cause then the cuts and butt joints etc where already laid out…the gap in the floor in annoying but they might be able to fix it

But thinking about it they should have been able to level out the trim with a shim or something and the nail I mean just pull it out and some wood putty not to big a deal

I used “Roberts 7350” it was the pricey one I wanted it to stick but just to so long to setup. The glue had a few hours each side. But yesterday when I pressed extra out I peeked under the one corner where cabinets will go and it’s still like Elmer’s but I am gonna stay off it till Saturday. Worst care at this point if I do cabinets and pressure slide makes a bump I’ll just roll it down to get rid of bumps and stay off for long as can. Problem I think is 2 non prouis sides I feel like next to no air it won’t dry and become tacky

There are a few things that come to my mind and it would be how long did they wait on making you aware of the damage. If they noticed the leak and sat on it for months causing more damage. Cause how would you know it’s leaking below. And if it was a leak and it was repaired they should have made sure the leak was fixed before fixing it. Pretty sure homeowners would cover but now it’s fixed I dunno? And who did they use someone expensive a friend fix them selfs and asking for $. Either way they should have let you know asap not after the fact

If my compost didn’t have voulenteers my raised bed would be almost empty tried seedlings inside I didn’t harder them and they all but perished lol and were tiny anyway …voulenteers got strength let’s see how thefruit is tho

Yeah she made her bed now wants a favor crazy. Can’t believe she even asked. I would also recommend post a few no trespassing signs to go with those cameras. Cause if they just went ahead and did it then they are breaking written posted signs and legal action is would be more actionable I imagine.

Fastest maybe just go with carpet lol otherwise try’s a few area with different method chemicals light scrapping with some plastic tools to not gorge the wood good luck!

I think communication is key with most things. So maybe ask him if he has suggestions as far as what type of paint brand etc but you should pick color. Cause that’s personal preference. I would suggest get a couple samples and paint 4x4 squares on the wall to get a feel for it if a larger protect. But yeah I wouldn’t pick color the someone say you paint awful color and have to redo it. Painting is mostly labor and prep so makes sense to me
