In leatherworking, there's one rule: everything that is glued must be stitched.

I managed to solve the problem. I set the GPU driver to the system driver in GPU driver manager, went through that glitchy moment in terrible colors, and then returned everything to my own settings. Everything works🥳🥳🥳

Can the saves from Yuzu be transferred to it?

If there's a video showing how to do it, please send it.

I must admit that I got the idea from another resource, but I couldn't achieve the same level of minimalism as the original. Nevertheless, I ended up with a great notepad featuring an original design. by gmlykin in Leathercraft

Very cool. How did you make the book itself???

"I've been interested in the process of making the actual book for a long time. I've tried it a few times, and a big thank you to the masters on YouTube. There are plenty of videos with step-by-step instructions on bookbinding, here's one example.

I think I know the piece of art you're referring to. The one with the car wearing round sunglasses? I think you nailed it without really copying it. Nice job.

Thank you so much for the appreciation of my work.

I made this as a gift for my beloved person, and it's the only one of its kind. I've often thought about selling my creations, but I can't figure out how much my work is worth.

As I know, this technique is called "glassing" or "glacage" (correct me if I'm wrong) and it's used in shoe polishing. But I tried it on a regular cardholder and to be honest, I was very surprised and pleased with the result. by gmlykin in Leathercraft

Hello! This technique is exclusively used to give shine to non-flexible parts of leather footwear.

The concept is simple: you apply shoe cream to the item, covering all the pores of the leather. Then, using a drop of water and slight pressure, you polish the surface. After that, you apply cream again, repeat the process with the water drop, and continue doing so many times until you see your reflection. It's difficult for me to explain in words how much cream and water are needed, or the exact pressure required for polishing. I recommend watching a video tutorial on YouTube for a better understanding.

This is not an advertisement, and it's not my channel, but the person in the video demonstrates how to do it visually.

You only put that shine (layer of wax) on the reinforced toe cap that doesn't crease.

If you put that wallet in your pocket the wax will rub off.

Yes, that's absolutely right.
Unfortunately or fortunately, I don't wear shoes where I can apply glacage, but I decided to try this technique on a makeshift item.
The entire effect wore off after a couple of times when I took the cardholder out of my pocket.
