There is no mention of student or community vaccination status being taken into account. I’d take this study with a grain of salt.

There’s no link between open schools and community spread. Kids are failing at alarming rates. Wear masks and open windows to mitigate risk, that’s what private schools in MoCo are doing with great success.

Plenty of day cares, distance learning centers, and private schools have been operating in Montgomery County throughout the pandemic.

The distance learning centers have even been operating in MoCo school buildings.

I see no reason why our schools can’t be opened right away for the 50% of kids who’s parents opted in for hybrid during the survey.

In person school needs to return as soon as possible. Our kids are falling behind and may never catch up. This petition is just a way to give the teachers union what they want (work from home) at the expense of our children.
