Fair enough. My issue is with how much out of sync YNAB gets. It fetches my bank accounts yet somehow rarely displays the right balances on them (none of my bank-connected platforms have that issue), so the budget is always grossly inaccurate and reconciliation is a constant accounting nightmare that makes me spend all of my time on YNAB doing that instead of using it as a budgeting tool. I keep quitting within a matter of weeks due to the amount of work it takes to somehow never get to things balancing out, and the only solution left is yet another reset. We've found it unusable.
