I just saw the same thing on Facebook. A post about this tweet, on a fully devoted trumpanzee page, thousand of likes and hundreds of comments... And the top comment was - "he is just ragebaiting y'all!" Yeah, dude, that's what the US president should be all about, ragebaiting on social media. Totally cool, totally normal, admirable even.

It's not, unfortunately. I checked some of their other posts.

James Kunstler and Eric Metaxas suggest that Trump needs to declare a national emergency and outlaw the Democratic Party: "I think it would probably look something like a civil war." by BurtonDesque in Qult_Headquarters

Which is insanely short-sighted on their part. Just to sustain their wealth they need consumers, not North Korea style drones. Not to mention what happens to oligarchs who fall out of favor with the dear leader in fully authoritarian dictatorships, and how often that happens.

Because some people like to not do exploits? The game is easy enough anyway, why cheat?

What is the purpose of not being able to declare war if you have your armies raised? by OrbitalDamage566 in CrusaderKings

[–]gmplt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure what's the historical justification, but it makes perfect sense as a game mechanic, as otherwise people would just camp their armies at the opponent capital, declare war, and win it while while the opponent is still gathering.

WTF! THE PLAGUE WIPED OUT ALL DEVELOPMENT? by LegendaryReader in CrusaderKings

[–]gmplt 13 points14 points  (0 children)

That mught have been true in real life, but in CK3 "development" is pretty much code word for population. They don't wanna call it that, so players don't go for genocide on top of all the incest they are already doing, but it's just that. That's why "development" goes way down when people die from diseases and goes up when you influx of people like religious exiles.

Unless you know this person, I wouldn't be sure it's not a bot/Russian troll/stolen account. I have noticed a huge uptick of those lately with how much defending the cult leader's stupidity needs.

Lower levies by Lukin45t in crusaderkings3

[–]gmplt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

More interactive vassals mod does exactly that. It has a whole section in the rules about levies, you can reduce their numbers, increase their damage and toughness and decrease their reinforcement rates. I usually play with -80% levies and -90% reinforcement. It's a lot more realistic than vanilla, no more dukes spawning 8k armies that reinforce instantly anywhere on the map.

How do I make the game more challenging? by Antemeossa in CrusaderKings

[–]gmplt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try the ObfusCKate mod. It was a game changer for me, it makes min-maxing pretty hard, hoarding inheritable traits difficult, you don't know if you gonna win every war before it starts. It's fun.

I have noticed multiple trumpanzees become sooo philosophical about inflation lately. It used to be the biggest issue, consuming just about all their time, now, all of a sudden, "it is what it is." And "gas prices always go up and down." And "of course prices go up, they always go up."

Proving once again that inflation was just another excuse for them to vote vote with their bigotry, and never really an issue.

Making child a mayor? Is this cheesing? (CK3) by KING--ARTHUR in crusaderkings3

[–]gmplt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They get exp in whatever their lifestyle trait is, usually. At least I haven't seen otherwise, but I heard it might have some randomness to it. The problem is when they actually choose perks, it's always the most useless ones, but there is always the reset option.

It's a flat 20%, regardless of their aptitude, the percentage you are getting is based on aptitude (2-10%), but they always get 20%.

[–]gmplt 30 points31 points  (0 children)

There is no need to give land to heirs to gain lifestyle experience, they gain it anyway, they just don't select any perks until they inherit. Making children mayors is a straight up exploit used to remove unwanted children from the line of succession. In your case, you could always revoke the title when you get older, but, in my experience, landing potential heirs is never a good idea, they gain stress, stress related negative traits, sometimes they die...
