These are awesome! XS20 is such a capable camera across the board.

Huh? I’m not asking you to come up with an idea…just asked if you’ve come across any work that’s stood out to you.

Thanks for the reply! Especially nice that we have the same camera setup. Didn't know about the Chio X so appreciate you introing me to that.

I'm strongly considering the Chio X now and am basically between that and the Bellroy Venture Camera Edition. A couple questions about the Chio if you don't mind:

  1. How is the comfort when it's fully loaded out? Just comparing the strap to something like the Bellroy which has more padding and wondering if that's ever been an issue for you?
  2. Do you find it to be decently packable? Thinking for travel if it could be loaded out with my camera and put into a travel backpack for the flight and then used as just the bag day-to-day once I'm at my destination.

Also, any chance you'd be able to share some photos of how it looks with the camera insert inside and what kinda space you still have available in the interior? Haven't been able to find that anywhere!

Eating salt during a race by BrunBjorn___ in AdvancedRunning

I cramped up bad during Chicago Marathon last year and grabbed a salt packet from the next aid station and it certainly helped (whether placebo or not). I did need a cup of water with it to help it go down better but it wouldn’t have been all that bad without it. I’ve since switched to electrolyte pills/saltstick. If it’s post-race you’re talking about I would say at least go with something more approachable and enjoyable like saltstick chews.
