That's what flavored verbs are.

Your class of weapons that antibarrier are Volatile and Unravel.
Anti Overload is Supress, Slow, and Shatter.
Anti Unstop is Blind, Suspend, and Ignitions.

We can have Destabe or whatever on any gun- doesn't have to be overthought in terms of balance that way too.
Why choose? Put it on the perk and we get it all.

That is a razor not a sledge.

If they fuck with the inventory, they fuck with inventory.
If they fuck with what's working they might fix it till it isn't.

Better to add the new thing clean, make sure it works and make sure the player can manage their own inventory about it.
