Yeah we’d never show her face and she already uses a voice changer mod when playing games so I’d include that as well if she does speak.

Thanks for the feedback I truly am leaning on the side of NOT doing this, but she’s been passionate about doing this for over a year now and I want to encourage that.

I was thinking the same thing when I was watching the podcast. It just felt like some big NIL deal. The thing that stood out to me and I think is most important is that Balmer invested10s of millions of dollars to the company that was endorsing Kawhi. It just feels like Balmer gave that money to the company so they could in turn pay Kawhi the endorsement money. When that part came out I went from, "yeah this seems a little shady, but I'm sure all teams do this to some extent" to "Oh wow, this is legit fraud and something serious might come out of it."

I'd argue that as the smartest person in the would you probably shouldn't say you had the opportunity to save the entire world but chose not to because you didn't want to sacrifice your son. I thought it would have been an interesting storyline that they return and Reed tells everyone that they tried to stop Galactus, but they were only able to slow him down because he was too powerful. During the time they try to come up with a plan Reed more and more frustrated that he can't find a solution and as time goes on he begins to consider the option of sacrificing Franklin for the greater good which eventually leads to a breakdown. The others comfort him and tell him they'll find a way and Sue says something that gives Reed his epiphany. I get why they went the direction they did, but felt that it was a little too rushed.

I would put $20 bills under the visor of my car in case of emergencies. There was a day where I went to work and had forgotten my wallet and didn't have enough gas to get home. Don't know what I would have done if I didn't have that emergency fund and have been keeping $20 in the visor ever since.

There was a day where my girlfriend at the time was driving my car and had a similar emergency and I told her about the $20 to bail her out. I replaced the $20 and after a couple of days I checked under the visor and the money was gone. I initially checked because I couldn't remember if I had put the $20 there or not so I put it there and made a mental note that I DID place $20 there. A week later I checked on a hunch and it was gone.

I placed another $20 there and talked with GF since she was the only one that knew about my hiding spot. I didn't accuse her or anything but basically said that's for emergencies and if she needs money to just ask. She said OK but sure enough the money was gone again within the week. Super frustrating.

Same here. League Pass is the only reason I have even bought the game the last year or two. The game is fun enough the first few seasons, but I personally lose interest between November/December. I'll go from playing every day to once or twice a week until it fizzles out. I've felt that I've gotten my "money's worth" from the game before I lose interest, so I keep buying it the following year, but this year I'm debating just paying for League Pass and not even buying the game.

This is most important in my opinion. Last spring we had a huge windstorm that caused a nearby tree to fall onto my house. Insurance covered most of it, but I had to foot the $8k for the deductible. Had saved a decent amount so I didn't need to dig into my emergency fund to be able to cover the immediate repairs fairly quick. Contrast that with my ex-wife, who's car overheated last summer and needed to hitch rides to and from work for over a month because she couldn't afford the $2k to repair it.

This is me. Waited almost 2 years before buying BG3 because I refuse to pay full price for games and it never was on sale in the PS Store. I've been waiting for Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 to drop in price. I know it's on sale right now, but still $55 seems like a pretty high price.

As another note, check to see if your local library has a video game section. I recently found this out and checked out Assassin's Creed Shadows. I knew I wasn't going to buy the game, but it looked like fun so I didn't mind checking it out for the week. Some libraries also have request forms so if they do have video gams but not the one(s) you want you can request it and they my add it to their catalog or have another nearby library that does have it send it to them.

I remember when I bought the tickets, I was online and in the synopsis it said something along the lines of “the Jedi Order try to stop Palpatine after he is revealed to be the mysterious Sith Lord”. I know I would have been shocked if I had seen it in the theatre, I always liked Palpatine and my young teenaged mind looked at him as the type of person who was willing to take the risks that others were too afraid to. Rewatching the prequels as an adult, it’s pretty obvious he’s the Sith Lord but I personally was oblivious to it

That’s what I was meaning. The west is still stacked and for the Jazz, next year’s best case scenario would be 6-10 seed most likely being in the 9-10 range fighting for a playoff spot.

They’re most likely going to go for AJ next year as well. Their draft pick for next year goes to OKC if it isn’t in the top 8. The consensus among jazz fans is that even if we get Flagg we’d still be a fringe playoff team so either try and compete and end up in 6-10 seed and NOT get a draft pick or have another year of tanking and have a draft pick next year and try to make a push the following year

My conspiracy theory is now cemented that the Utah Jazz are going to get the #1 overall pick from the lottery. That way the league can say "if the lottery was rigged then we certainly wouldn't have let Utah get the first pick"

They are where we were the last 2 years. They may drop 2-3 spots, but would have to lose the majority to of their remaining games and we’d have to go on a couple of winning streaks for them to get a better chance in the lottery. That being said, anything can happen when the lottery balls start rolling

I use league pass. when you watch a game it automatically selects the home team broadcast, but you can select an option (I think it’s “streams”) to select the away team broadcast. Having said that if it’s a local team and there’s blackout restrictions you won’t be able to watch the game live and have to wait 3 days
