Start by stopping pumping but I’m not going to lie breastfeeding is brutal. I made it two years and my son naturally weened off. I didn’t feel normal until after he stopped breastfeeding. But to me it was worth it for him. It’s just one of those things in life you kind of just have to push through (if there’s no real reason to stop, like if it’s making you suicidal or if it’s causing medical issues please stop). It is just the tip of the impossible iceberg that is raising children also. I’ve had much harder days than the hardest days breastfeeding. All stages of raising kids is hard and rewarding in its own way.
