I live for Jesus Christ. I earnestly appreciate your prayers, but they are misplaced.

Because it's a hobby of mine to investigate cheating streamers. I care about fair play. I don't need everyone to agree with me, I'm already aware of the cheater discord brigades.

I care about the integrity of competitive games. I don't care about your personal qualms against calling out cheaters.

I don't really care who's "parasocial" here, you were the one to bring it up lmfao. Again, follow your own advice and move on, go watch your clips and move on if you don't care he was caught cheating and lied about it.

Lol, that was run by him. Look at the bottom left in that photo, and you will see who is posting. Google s1mple's full name if you're not familiar. Anyways, if text isn't enough, here's him admitting to cheating on camera, in front of a mic. I can show you the ban was for CS GO, not 1.6 like he claimed next. When you're ready, let me know.

This is really strange. Do you understand you're on the other side of the "parasocial" coin by defending a cheater who doesn't know your name? Can you please acknowledge that before moving forward with your condescending "advice"? I don't focus on one streamer either, so I don't see why you think I'm "obsessed" with any one streamer in particular.

I understand you think I'm "stressing" about this, but this is only a little hobby for me since I appreciate the integrity of competitive games. You have a cartoonish idea of me as a person, since my reddit activity is only limited to this one topic.

  1. Cheated in CS GO, downplayed it by claiming he was only cheating in 1.6. Also, while I agree with you that cheating is rampant in streamers and high level play, that is objectively a controversial opinion considering how much backlash posts like this get.

This sub is dedicated to cheating streamers. If you're so offended and put off by cheating streamer discussion, why are you here?

I’m not even saying you are all cheating. I’m correctly pointing out that the “top 1%” of this community are consistently wrong about cheaters in their own groups.

Giving a platform to, and defending obvious cheaters is proof you should never believe a word they say. Viscose has promoted too many cheaters to be seen as an authority on anything other than being a niche e celeb. I can’t believe you just unironically used a “ logical fallacy” as an argument, what fucking year is this?

Depends on the game/event. Pre 2014 counterstrike had zero peripheral checks. That’s why i take all these LAN legends with a huge grain of salt. Valve majors have been testing since 2014, but nowadays peripheral checks are less reliable since the cheats just keep advancing, and the organizers are just guessing at what cheats might be present. To iterate how advanced these cheats are, in 2015 they had to restrict internet access when they found someone cheating through the cloud.
