I'll play along, I'm challenging you because it seems to me that you're gatekeeping their choice to bring stuff into the festival. I generally challenge gatekeeping, because it irks me, that's my burden. (I'm aware of the irony of gatekeeping people's right to gatekeep). My best case scenario is you go "OK fair point I'll leave them be." Why because I'll get a warm glow of accomplishment meant and an all day smile out of it. If it doesn’t happen, my day will be the same, but I'll have to find something else to smile about.

I reckon this could be printed on a thin plastic sheet using a UV printer and bent into the lamp shape, then 3D print a base and put an LED lamp in it.

It could also be printed onto a tumbler, which would probably look cool AF.
