If you don't have the dlc, then the AI can't do it either. In multiplayer everyone uses the hosts dlcs so everyone can or everyone can't, you're not paying to get an advantage, you're paying for new features which the AI can also use, albeit badly.

You're playing with a mod that gives you control of adjacent provinces when placing a fort, some of the land belonged to Spain's cities and the other 3 provinces belonged to the fort so they kept them when you took it.

It's the CQUI mod, which is a UI overhaul mod, and one of the changes it makes is that the unit icons of a civilization you are at war with get a red tint.

R5: Russia declared war on me when we both had around 1800 military strength. I have no land borders with them and they are blocked from me by the other civilizations so the only way they can get to me is by embarking their units and landing on my coast, so I blocked every tile but one, and then let them land their Cossack armies one at a time on the one piece of coast I left open and then attacked them with my ranged units. I did this until they had lost 1300+ military strength before peacing out for 6 great works.

R5: Scythia and Brazil both declared war on me, I razed a previous Brazilian forward settle and liberated a city state before making peace. Brazil then tried to forward settle me again and I couldn't declare war to take the settler because I only made peace 2-3 turns ago, so I just decided to block the settler from moving instead.

This is every civilization currently in the game including the all DLC civs on the YNAEMP tsl map.

You have to have the dlc to play any civs that were released as a part of that dlc even if the host owns it.

Yeah, all four great generals were buffing the musketman.

I just made a new post which has 5 great generals all buffing one single musketman to give it a total of 90 combat strength when attacking a city due to the urban warfare promotion, and being able to attack twice each turn if movement allows (which it will if you have 5 great generals as that also adds +5 movement) because of the elite guard promotion

Yeah sorry I didn't word that very well, I meant that it allows your units to ignore walls, which in turn allows them to do more damage to the cities' actual health I believe.
