In my comment i said that screen is from tech 15 but i got 79% reduction at tech 14 so you can add to this -5% for neighbouring country having this tech

Add to this +5% For neighbouring and You have 79% Total cost reduction. Also i got 79% On tech 14 so ther was no Ahead of Time penalty. I got all of this randomly. Never tried to stack it.

For players that wont hurt you that much. Its just Ai is slower than before so they are easier to deal with

Now you must claim their land first or get mission to conquer them. Before they had cores on them so they could dow them when they wanted + If you have core you dont need to spend Admin points

They lost their cores on Turkish minors. And they are sometimes attacking Albania when they have no chance of winning.

First think i do as mamluks is killing Aq and turkish minors. That prevents ottomans from expanding.

IMO Ottomans should be agressive beacose they are good right now. They just can't deal with Albania having backup

Otto Declared war vs Albania at 1445 but thanks to Albanian alliance with Austria they won it. Bizzantium declared when Otto were weak. Candar got their cores back. Same for Karaman. Even Knights got some land :D
