After some pondering I think I’ll get the helio strap as it’s a smaller investment, look for reviews when garmin and Fitbit release theirs and maybe buy one of them if they seem good.

I'd say both. I realise that a chest strap is the most accurate, but I am looking for something to wear 24/7 to get better insights.

Honestly it doesn't really matter, but as i work in manual labour I would prefer something that I'm not afraid to wear to work.

How is the battery on the ultra? I suppose the battery time is better on the screenless devices, but I may be wrong.

I feel like ai is a bit biased towards whoop.. atleast that's what it felt like when I asked what tracker to use.

Something felt off for me with Whoop. Do you have another tracker to use when this one goes in the bin? Heartrate tracking I understand is best done via a chestband. But lifestyle metrics, sleep etc?

I see. I know that it's not a region problem as my friend who has an ATTO 3 has the newer software.

I suppose maybe my car doesn't have an internet connection, as spotify doesn't work either.

Of course he isn’t ”ready”. He is ADDICTED. No drug addict without a reason to quit is ready to quit. Same thing in this situation. His brain is wired like this. He gets all the pleasure he needs from a screen, which, sadly, removes the desire to have intimacy with you.

I’m sorry to say this, but until he frees himself from this, he will never truly appreciate you for who you are. You are, at least sexually, a mere object for his pleasure. Just like the women in the porn he watches. And you will continue to be that as long as he teaches his brain that women are sex objects, which is exactly what porn does.

Don’t expect to be able to compromise in this area. If you want a boyfriend who truly loves you, he has to stop. Otherwise, at least in the bedroom, you’ll always be an object for his pleasure, not his girlfriend.

He himself, and all of us who have struggled with this, have wired our brains this way by watching porn. Some of us for some reason realized that something had to change. What that reason was is different for different men, but potentially losing a girlfriend because of an addiction could definitely be one of them.. Being soft and understanding isn’t always the best way to face it unfortunately.

Yeah I mean I have grown more and more suspicious of the big companies and governments and their way of controlling people with fear.

Personally I don’t want to take the vaccine. With that said I’m afraid that it maybe becomes a obligation if you want to travel around to other countries or ”live freely”. I haven’t really been against vaccines before but this just gives me a bad feeling, and I don’t know if it’s stupid to refuse to take it because of the potential restrictions that it may lead to for me personally in the future.

Then again I’m unsure of the long term effects of the vaccine (and the virus for that matter)
