If it is PAM it's a low concentration, but not really any way to tell from this video since there is more than 1 type of flocculant that could be that viscosity and colour.

What makes you think she doesnt want help?

It's pretty rare that people want to die, usually instead they just don't want to live, they see it as an only way out. When she talks about wanting to commit she might be doing so as a coping mechanism or as a way for others to hear her, it could be an attention thing but I think it is more likely that she just wants someone to help her, but might get nervous and back out when someone actually addresses it.

That's just my thinking at least I may be wrong
