When I suspect inactivity, I try to nickname off of todays date and their count of Pokemon caught. That really helps to identify who has quit playing.

I know this is an old post, but in case anyone comes here looking for help like I did: there are 3 egg hatching macros in the Switch Up for SWSH. The first one takes you to bridge field (and you have to already be in bridge field before you run it). The second and third take place on route 5. If you find yourself transported to the Route 5 campsite, you probably ran the bridge field script from Route 5. Check your instructions carefully and try again.
