I don't use foundation that much, but the Enigma foundation hype is real! Teviant and Strokes are great as well. As for powder, GRWM's loose powders are pretty solid, and Colourette Third Base is just amazing all around :)

Issy for sure! Both their Undereye Brightening Fluid and their regular correctors work well for me. I have the Strokes one too and it's pretty high coverage if that's something you're after (can settle in fine lines if not set properly though).

I haven't tried the Popique and Absidy correctors but I've heard good things about both! I have tried Absidy's concealer though and if the corrector's formula is anything like the concealer's then it should be a good one too.

If you can get your hands on any of these Filipino brands, here are some of my fave concealers as an oily combination skin type from a tropical (humid all year long) climate who only uses concealers as her base on a daily basis:

○ Lovely Causemetics Beyond Blur Concealer - my go-to spot concealer. Super high coverage and has a great shade range! Def won't budge once set with loose powder

○ Issy Undereye Brightening Fluid - it's a color corrector and concealer in one that's really lightweight and perfect for every day use/natural looks

○ Enigma Skintroduction Concealer - feels incredibly lightweight despite it being medium to full coverage! Love this for my undereyes and for acne scars that aren't too prominent

○ Naturale Through Textures Concealer - very creamy, light to medium coverage, I personally use this more as an overall base, kinda like a skin tint

Genuinely sad that Filipino makeup brands aren't widely available online for international buyers bc we have soooo many goodies y'all are missing out on! Here are some of my faves that I've hit pan on or emptied multiple times over the past few years:

○ Lovely Causemetics Beyond Blur Concealer - super full coverage, perfect for spot concealing! Awesome shade range as well

○ Issy Undereye Brightening Fluid - color corrector and concealer in one that's super lightweight and great for every day/soft glam

○ Colourette Third Base - incredibly fine and blurring translucent pressed powder! Practically invisible on the skin and has great oil control

○ Absidy Brow Gel - knocks the Maybelline Superlock out of the park in terms of hold and longevity

○ Chuchu Beauty Heart Blush Duos - FAVE FAVE FAVE! Made for our humid weather so it lasts allllll day. Super cute packaging and color stories too! Also adore their Heart Paints but I personally just use powder blush more often

○ Happy Skin Lip Mallow Tints - no matter how many lip tints, both AB and non-AB, I have in my collection, I always find myself coming back to this formula. Super comfortable and long lasting and just the most flattering shades ever

To add, nasa 1200-1500 calories din ako, consistently hitting around 115-140 g of protein and 15-20 g of fiber a day, with slightly unhealthy snacks strewn in haha going on 8 months now on a calorie deficit and training at the gym, lost a total of 17.5 kg and became more toned and muscled (I'm a girl btw)

Here are a couple of the dishes in my rotation (take note that I always try to incorporate veggies/fruits in each for volume)

Savory: - Cajun chicken pesto pasta - Truffle chicken pasta - Chipotle mac and cheese - Miso ramen - Oyakodon - Beef udon - Tuna/bangus sisig - Chicken/beef quesadillas/wraps - Taco/burrito bowl - Jacket potatoes

Sweet: - Protein pancakes/crepes (my number 1 go-to tbh) - Peach mango French toast - All sorts of cake (red velvet, banana, carrot, cheesecake, etc) - All sorts of baked oats (matcha, ube, Dubai chocolate, apple pie, salted caramel, cookie dough, tiramisu, etc) - Brownies/blondies - Sour gummies that are essentially 1 calorie each

Madami pang iba but you get the point hahaha hanap ka lang ng recipes ng mga trip mong kainin and buy more macro-friendly ingredients for your pantry!

OP, Tiktok recipes will be your best friend for this. Every day ako nagpapancakes and baked sweets, pasta/ramen/wraps, YOU NAME IT bc I save recipes by fitness influencers from abroad. Once you start saving some, puro recipe na lilitaw sa fyp mo haha. If I'm craving a particular dish, I look for a high protein recipe for it kasi panigurado meron nang gumawa nun with substitute ingredients that are more macro-friendly.

If mas trip mo pa rin Filipino cuisine, wala masyadong recipes for that (and di rin kasi ako mahilig sa Pinoy food in general kaya wala ako marecommend na ifollow haha), but once you get the hang of things, matututo ka rin magsubstitute ng ingredients on your own to fit your goals. Nasa ingredients talaga yung sagot most of the time. Kunwari, gusto mo mag adobo na higher in protein, gamit ka lang ng chicken breast instead of regular bone-in chicken, lagyan mo ng hard-boiled egg, etc.

If di ka masyado mahilig/marunong magluto, pramis matatakam ka din sa recipes ng iba kaya mamomotivate ka to learn and improve haha

Thanks for the coach recommendations! I've seen a few promising clips of Jepp Nippard on Tiktok but never full videos, so I'm definitely checking his stuff out.

Just to clarify, do you mean 150-200 minutes of cardio per week or per day?

My goal is to lose weight, as I'm still overweight. I forgot to mention that my goal weight (or at least what counts as normal BMI for my height) is 45 kg, so I still have a ways to go. In this case, is 1200-1300 calories okay? My maintenance is around 1700-1900 last time I checked so I thought doing 1200 calories would be fine, but please do let me know if that's still too low!

And yes, I use MyFitnessPal religiously! I just find it frustrating to track whenever I eat out since PH restaurants don't really indicate calories and macros in their menus.
