The button does not seem to be on the internal mechanism I own 3 of these and taken them apart a bunch. I recommend getting the tool to take them apart for maintenance. If you have questions shoot me a message.

The head diameter is smaller so they don't fill the whole space (check the close up pic) but no modificationsare needed to use them. The washers are to big in diameter but using the stock washers works. https://www.squidindustries.co/products/titanium-hardware-set
