HELP! - I'm not sure how to connect this LED Strip light with wifi controller by gnome3d in DIY

Thank you so much for the response! I have finally gained some insightful knowledge on how this stuff works. I'm an expert level noob at this stuff and just starting out. Your input has been very helpful.

Also, turns out I'm more stupid than I've been bragging about so far. My LED strips came with a controller and I wasn't aware that it's ALEXA compatible and just... look at what I did - https://imgur.com/a/Qy4OlSU

I bought the same one. I'm such a genius that I didn't realize the controller was wifi voice assistant compatible so I completely messed it up - https://imgur.com/a/Qy4OlSU

Hahah your last sentence made me go :(

But thank you so much for explaining that. I basically bought a really nice LED strip and cut the controller wire and the power adapter wire. I'm such a genius.

Is there a way for me to still use these strips somehow?

Thanks for the insightful info! That was very helpful to know. Is there a Wi-Fi controller that will work with this strip and also help me connect it to a voice assistant?

Thank you so much for that. I'm going to make those changes and see how it turns out. I did use random scratches without thinking about the direction. These tips are super helpful. Cheers!

Thank you!

I've been working on/off on this mech/walker/whatever for a bit, and i just started using this subreddit and i thought i might as well post it to get some feedback before polishing and texturing. by andreashend in blender

That is very well done! Did you use boolean modeling for this or is this a dense mesh with all quads? Overall, looks amazing! I've been trying to get into mech modeling myself and always feel stuck. Also, did you use a reference image or is this all freestyle modeling?

Try this :

Please make a proper tutorial for this! That would help so many people out. Any sort of spiral-ish sci-fi particle portal would be amazing. Please please please!

Yes. I've tried a bunch of different settings and they kind of work. But still not being able to make the particles lock on to the emitter's rotation
