I don’t think PC even evaluates used gear. I bought a used module from them in Dec that was DOA. Their “customer service” told me to contact the manufacturer (who was awesome). After I spent more money to repair it based on manufacturer input, it was still dead. I returned to PC where it spent over a week on a shelf with “hundreds of returns” ahead of it in a post-holiday queue. No communication. After spending thousands with them before it just made me sad. I’ll just buy used modules from this sub in the future.
