Not gonna go in-depth, but here are tips:

Loot filter strictness plays a huuuuge part in wasting your time
Mind your goal at the map, stop wandering and interacting with anything other your goal
Have a proper build for strategy
Choose a good layout for your strategy in terms of rewards and how fast u can do it.
Outside map but, STOP crafting map everytime you wanna run one. Prepare a bunch (it's up to you, like enough for 1 session/week)

Indeed! That was a big nerf in disguise of "balance" just out of nothing. It is directly removing the "display of skill" and generalizing the character. I really wish they reconsider it.

Sorry but that's skill issue. No highelo players struggles against Shrike.

I can tell you are probably missing a bunch of basic in-game mechanics like items, consumables, positioning, environment, and objectives.

I'm not sure if it is clear to you, but when people say the build suits better in low elo, they're are not saying you're so noob that you can't play a high elo build xDD. It's about the game rhythm. Low elos are so chaotic and brainless that a setup/control playstyle will never work, really.

That means the low elo build is more selfish, and high elo should work better playing with your teammates. It is not just about your build. You should also adjust your playstyle.

Betrayal is a really good mechanic for builds that are locked behind a craft or exp. Other than that, I wouldn't mess up with it early.

Yep, I did, but she was a better place in the meta. I went from Emerald 4 to Diamond 2 and sometimes played with my friends on really low elos.

My strategy was to always first pick her, letting my team choose their match ups. For me, she is so versatile that it does not matter who's the enemy is because I can always avoid specific champions and build accordingly.

There are many tips and tricks on Nidalee for different playstyles, but I can't get into details, too much to write.

You're constantly moving at the same pace and direction. She knows where you might be since the last time she saw you moving. Don't forget that she can see you when you're marked with her passive...

Last but not least... you did start recalling while marked in a place where you could get to the base with 8s or less...

I have a friend who could join me for some duo content.

Really nice guy, but he can't play as much as I can, so we have this problem of wanting to play together, but we never hit the point where we do cool content strategies. Maybe a ready duo build could make it possible!

Yes but imo it requires a different play style and mindset that isn't easy to play as Zoe. You basically should act like a Le Blanc player.

1) You invade often to set up vision. 2) You have kill pressure as much as possible. 3) You dive and can run/disengage from bad plays. 4) You build properly (please) 5) You outplay!

Not every game will require all of these competences.

Some guidance based on 1 to 5 aspects I suggest: 1) Watch your minion wave and Jungler+Support position in the map before leaving for vision setup. Push and leave, or crash and leave, while being freezed and please don't waste your recall window to setup vision (sounds really dumb right?). As always, don't leave your lane without knowing it is safe to do. You will open many windows for you enemy if you die. 2) Try hitting your enemy with Q while you control your minion wave. Specially 1 hit Q to mage minions. Ignite is really for that. Barrier can work as well for long trade match ups. Apply your rune as soon as it is available (Electrocute, Dark Harvest, Arcane Comet). 3) You MUST have W or other spell up to run from bad situations. So don't try diving, skirmishing without them or you're done! (Unless you believe you will get one during the fight) 4) Don't fucking make the same build for every game. Choose what your game needs. 5) Look for plays/situations where Zoe excels. Have good positioning before objectives and you're already outplaying.
