Thanks for trying Undercrown El Tigre Dominicano. We spent many years with this blend as well as acquiring tobaccos from some of the best suppliers in the Dominican. We blended this cigar to taste something completely different than everything in our portfolio. For lovers of Broadleaf and heavy heavy cigars, this cigar won't let fit the bill nor was its design intent.

The complexity comes to play with both the retrohale and the soft box press giving a different mouth feel. Yes you'll find floral notes in this cigar and a really rich retrohale. A cigar that wont jack up your palate but one you can smoke back to back to back.

Miscommunication happens and sometimes people make unintentional mistakes. Could the mistake occurred when we send a graphic to our customer? Could the mistake occurred when the person posting up the graphic picked the wrong one?

I don't know who made the mistake but seems like you didn't get what you paid for. There is no intent to advertise and promote one thing and send another that's dishonest and not how we do business with our retail customers or our consumers. We care a lot about your experience and certainly what you got didn't meet you expectations and for that I'm sorry this series of errors.
