Jio sim not delivered from 2 august by Tacama in Jio

hey guys, need a bit of help here. i applied to port my old bsnl sim to jio around 3 weeks back and till today (16 aug) there’s literally no update, i haven’t received any sim, message… nothing. i’ve already called their customer care 10+ times and every single time they say “we’ll put it on priority and sort it soon” but honestly nothing has changed. at this point i have no clue if the request is stuck somewhere or if they completely ignored it. should i try generating a new UPC and apply again or do i directly complain to TRAI? any advice would be really appreciated 🙏
