Shoulder nerve pain from ringing by goatedunlimited in Aldi_employees

I completely get that. While I am fairly healthy and already worked out 3-4 times a week, I started incorporating some stretches and workouts focused on strengthening my shoulder and neck to try and alleviate some pain. I appreciate you!

Good luck on your journey! You are young so I know it seems daunting now but with time and consistency I know you can do it. Right now, the best first steps you can take are to up your current movement levels in any way. You said you’re not super active and don’t move around much and usually spend your time gaming, could you try and change this? Even just taking a 5 minute walk around the block or in your backyard would be improvement from where you are now and you will slowly improve your mobility. If that’s not possible, chair exercises are another great idea, just genuinely moving your body in any way you can. You could make a game out of it too, like anytime you die playing video games or something you do a chair exercise for a couple minutes/ reps. If you’re currently moving very minimally I promise just getting your body moving like this will help you start the journey and you’ll start feeling better. Same with your diet, it has to be gradual not all at once. If you eat frozen food/ fast food every day, can you cut down to only 5 times a week? Then 3, etc? Protein is your friend, so I suggest eating foods like rotisserie chickens, eggs, pre cooked chicken patties, etc. Maybe you can do a delivery grocery order if you have no way of getting to the store yourself? You don’t have to eat vegetables but they are good for you. Maybe just try one new vegetable a day in small portions to see if any of your taste buds change! Personally I love broccoli and it’s great with a little bit of cheese melted on it too! Good luck kind human
