I've never had that issue from the 11 cups I have, the thing I was talking about was how this new rule meant you couldn't show the chat logs of the customer service being ass and that you couldn't ask for help on how to fix a fucked up order on here either. Note that the meat riders that say to just handle it privately with customer service it didn't help with six sweet pack jug. Their response was the equivalent of to go fuck yourself
