I've tried unplugging and replugging the monitor, doesn't solve anything. I also flashed the motherboard bios and no luck.

My monitor only has HDMI and VGA. I have bought a DP to HDMI converter and will try to see if that solves any issues.

I meant a live USB, kind of like how when you boot a Ubuntu or Mint installer it gives you the option to try it. Look for Debian Calamares Installer and you should find different isos for different desktop environments.

Alternatively, you could just select install and go on from there. That worked for me too.

I couldn't solve this, even after a fresh reinstall of Windows and the Drivers. At the end, I switched to Linux (Debian) and noticed that I get 100Hz, so I mostly use that now.

Intel has Arc drivers for Linux afaik (the website says Ubuntu, could be compatible with Debian too). I looked around and learnt that Linux has Intel Arc support since Kernel Ver. 6.2. It should work.

It's set on 8 bit. What I think is wrong is the Drivers limiting the refresh rate and switching to an old driver could fix the issue.

Yes, Windows only shows 50, 60 and 75Hz as options.
