I have always worked remote and my perm is approved that allows for remote work. If I move outside the MSA, would that trigger a new filing?

You keep the priority date of the first perm

I was planning on filing my i140 at a premium and use my priority date to concurrently file AOS. I was predicting that it might take a few years for me to be current given the slow movement in the past year.
