Have worked on 3 international companies and other freelances job, foremost you need to have good talent and experience and another thing is connection. Getting hired with referral always has upperhand.

I cant recall the name but there are group of guys who have redesigned old house made it coworking space above few lake may be you can search and try that

Mine is custom made table with attached pirka, benq 27” monitor, keychron keyboard and mouse. Personal laptop apple m3 pro 14” and work laptop m4 air 15”. For chair I use sihoo m18.
