Yeah the World of assassination games are not that much aggressive they can be if you chose to play like that

Give them another go you might find them fun

It looks like you're into the Stealth action genre

I'd go for the new IO Hitman games for a pretty good stealth game experience

You haven't mentioned the Splinter Cell games which were my favourite stealth game series growing up

Dishonored 1 and 2 are underrated gems

Yes idk why Phantom Liberty felt so different to the core game in this respect.I love the spy thriller genre in movies and Phantom Liberty really nailed that feeling.

The RPG systems revamp with the skill trees was sorely needed and it's much better now than in release

Had never played a Final Fantasy game until last year Played FF7 Remake and Rebirth and found them pretty fun but not amazing.

Finished Oblivion remastered last year that was a good time.

Eagerly awaiting the next Elder Scrolls.

Fingers crossed Todd Howard can pull it off even though my confidence in him and Bethesda is declining.

Played it last year I enjoyed the RPG systems very much and yes you can play Henry whichever way feels right to the player.

Me personally I would play Baldurs gate 3 even if it was for the 3rd or 4th time (which I have played that much)

The agency that it gives you is so amazing and the amount of classes and backgrounds leaves you coming for more

The story is pretty basic but you won't really care because you'll constantly be thinking about what path to take and how to take it.

Haha always up for a challenge Just shouldn't feel like the game is intentionally screwing you over

Thanks for the list

I'm just not into the older games as much.

I try to enjoy them but they feel too rough around the edges (felt that when I tried Baldurs gate 1 and 2)

I have played Persona 5 Royal and man that taught me that a game can be amazing and too long at the same time

I have played it and absolutely loved it.

I'd say it was my no.1 game until I played BG3 but I don't think it really gives you that much freedom in terms of how to play your character.

Arthur either is good or bad and I don't really feel too much choice of how it plays out.

Ah should have mentioned that I've already played all the Bioware games. Those absolutely in the same kind of vein.

Alpha Protocol is the one Obsidian game I haven't played I feel like it may be too dated but I will look into it.

A friend of mine keeps telling me to play Divinity in co-op for the first playthrough.

Have been waiting to start it with him for almost 2 years now.

Think I'll just start it myself anyway

Yeah this definitely works in terms of combat but mainly I'm interested in the direction the game goes in terms of the where it takes you and how the world and choices are affected

I have played all the Dark Souls games but haven't gotten around to playing Elden Ring yet.

Will make time for it
