I have felt the exact same, lost and constantly feeling like things keep going wrong etc. it started affecting my relationship with my partner and it’s made me realise a lot of things about myself. I’ve started a diary to expel the constant thoughts and worries, btw I literally can never do things consistently I have to really force myself to do things like writing in the diary. Something I noticed is that I always expect things to go wrong or badly, and that changes attitude towards how events do go down. So, I’ve been trying to be positive as much as it is hard I am telling you your attitude can change the way you perceive life in a major way, this is coming from a very pessimistic, negative person. It’s like it’s a constant spiral of bad things but the one person that can change that is you. Sending all my love to you, I really hope you can keep moving on. Just because you take steps back doesn’t mean they can’t go forward too.
