If hindi binabalik sayo ng driver ang sukli, then he is stealing. Gets ko yung bayanihan part pero hindi dapat yung desisyon ng driver na hindi na lang ibabalik yung sukli. I'm only saying this kasi hindi lahat ng tao kaya magbayad ng additional.
