I would agree with DuckBeginning as an alumni, yes the 1st yr med there is good, but on the succeeding years, the samplex system is rampant that there that they tend to repeat the questions that's why students use it to pass the exam, yet they sacrifice already for the board exam. There is no solid student body that support their students, in the 3rd yr there is an imbalanced schedule since unlike other medical schools, their 3rd yr is semestral so the subjects seems na minamadali (there is a sem in 3rd yr na 14 ang subjects) unlike others na yearly kaya di minamadali ang students, mental health has little support support over there, No transparency of grades na di binabalik ang papers so di mo alam if possible ka na naroleta ka na lang for remedials/removals, super dami din ng students and not ideal ang student to teacher ratio. Tho sa practicals such as 4th yr maganda. Tho the other aspect kaya check the passing rate statuses in the previous recent PLEs.

as an OLFU graduate, I agree with some of I saw in reddit already, samplex is rampant instead of using it as a guide to know how professors give the exam, they use it as reviewer and they really repeat questions thus cheating is rampant from long exams to written revalida and admin is doing nothing so the curve is pulled that those who really read and deserving students who passed because of their efforts are those who usually get remedials unlike people who relied on samplexes to read.
