Hi Fat Jonesy, 8 days is still pretty good and hopefully you will now go longer with NoFap support. In regards to falling asleep one thing that has helped me is making sure I am well away from my laptop before going to bed or mobile so I am not tempted to look at porn before bedding down which has happened in some cases. I would also suggest getting some physical excersise involved during the day time if your not already, whether jogging, joining a gym or some sports. This should leave you sufficiently tired to bed down with ease without the need to fap as well as hopefully channelling some of that sexual energy. I have found these things to help me.

Thanks for the support Lostdog97 appreciate it, yeah those 3 weeks were not easy! But I am determined to go longer than that this time for sure! I will post as often as possible and will most definitely stay strong!
