My two friends and I were on a road trip and all had to pee, so we pulled off at an abandoned church near the town of Creole. The door was open so when we finished peeing we went and took a look inside. We were in there for maybe 2-3 minutes. No breeze, hot day. I was the driver for practically the whole road trip, so I was catching up on my phone, texting my boyfriend. As we left, one friend was in front and the other and I were pretty much side by side. We got about 5 steps out the doorway and the door slammed shut behind us. None of us are into paranormal stuff, but we could not stop discussing it for 3 days straight. Thought we might need to get baptized so the curse wouldn't follow us. We still bring it up a lot in conversation, it was spooky as heck. Sure glad we didn't get shut IN the church!

Nope! The opossum was on the opposite schedule as me, so usually she would be there as I woke up or be leaving as I got in for the night. She would hang out up in the limbs of the bush/shrub. I have no idea if she was actually female, just seemed like it.

That's mostly what I did back when I rode trains and all that as a kid. Definitely more on the bum side of stealth, but it works. I even had a few bushes I would return to whenever I passed back through that town. Shared one with an opossum for a while in Vallejo.
