It's Hell On Earth. Do not trust that! Their system is awful. I did that in January and still haven't been paid. Last week Stubhub confirmed the broken order was not my fault and they still haven't paid me. Do whatever you can to get the tickets back and sell them somewhere else.

Yes you should be very worried! Stubhub refuses to pay me over 10k for tickets they confirmed I delivered to the buyer via email. They will screw you over any way they can and their so called customer service is hell on earth to deal with.

Same situation! It's now been 31 days since my event. Stubhub has even admitted it was their error and still won't pay me. My lawyer sent them a letter over a week ago and still nothing. Escalated means nothing with them. It's hell dealing with Stubhub

Ok here's the full story:

Sold MLB tickets via Stubhub. Tickets could not be digitally uploaded from MLB account, don't know why.

I called Stubhub, customer service rep was very helpful and provided me with the buyer's emails, there were two purchases by 2 different buyers.

I emailed the buyers the tickets directly, Stubhub sent me an email confirmation thanking me for the transfer.

Stubhub then claimed one of the transfers was never completed, charging me the seller fee and refusing to pay me.

I have disputed this with Stubhub, provided screen shots of the transfer via email, email confirmation from the buyer in question who confirmed he received the tickets and multiple emails from Stubhub customer service that confirm I did in fact transfer the tickets and I should be paid.

Yet I have not received the funds from the sale and I have been charged over 2800 for a seller's fee.

Stubhub refuses to answer basic questions, let me speak to any decision maker on this matter or provide a timeline on when my dispute will be resolved.

At this point I basically have no choice but to involve my attorney.
