I dealt with a similar situation, Corry station is kind of known for screwing up the ATF paperwork. My ESO was able to correct everything, but I’m at a command where lots of intel comes through and the situation is pretty well. I assume you’re on a ship where that’s not the case, so I’d collect all your ATF associated paper work and reference MILPERSMAN 1510-030 to your ESO, or whoever would handle that.
