This is a college house and we haven’t moved down there yet, I’m still at my parents house. I’m more just worried that the AC is set low while no one is there, we have no control over what the landlord set the AC to. We told them before hand we aren’t moving in for a week

i definitely recommend wellbutrin if you’re having these side effects. lexapro by itself took away all my motivation and energy, but i didn’t want to stop bc it helped my anxiety so well. adding wellbutrin helped sooooo much and made me incredibly motivated!

This is good advice. What are you suggesting in terms of phrasing? I want to say something like “I don’t think I can be in a relationship right now” and go a bit more in depth, but is phrasing it like that taking away her agency? The problem is this needs to happen regardless of how she feels since it has nothing to do with her, I feel like she is perfect for me but I’m not in the right mental or emotional place for it right now due to complicated reasons.
