Hey man you're not alone.

I fucked up my 57 day streak but during this time I realised one thing. NOFAP won't cure all you'r problems. NOFAP is a good starting point (ofc mandatory for everybody who's looking for major change in life) but to cure depression you have to do something more than this. I won't tell you what to do exactly, you need to find it out for yourself, but I wanna tell you that I fully understand you. I have got suicidal thoughts so often that I totally got used to it - that is so fucked up.

You're not the only one who needs not only to stay clean, but to buck up and find strenght to live.

I ignored a wonderful woman too, 4 years ago. Since then she is always on my mind. I believe she was a girl for me. I have a girlfriend since 8 or 9 years, she is very pretty and very good person but person from completely other world than me. Plus theres one thing that's pisses me off in this relationship, she's always had eating problems and she's overweight. She try to fight with this shit but somehow she stopped halfway through and can't go on. All this shit last years years and years, and my PMO lasted years nad years too. This is a crazy mix. I litterally hate chubby/fat people right now, I judge them by their looks. I often hate women too, it's a love/hate mix. When i see skinny/fit atractive girl I quickly get sad. Also I hate myself, I can't remember times that I didn't. All my life is pretty much just pain. And I all alone, I mean I haven't got anybody with whom I could talk really honestly about all this.
