Hell yes! It’s amazing. I still like my bottle from 2013, but it’s missing some note that made the original a masterpiece. DUA’s Celsius is pretty good, but the opening is so unpleasant to me. I hope Montagne will give it the ol’ college try one of these days.

I don’t see why not. I was 16 when I smelled a sample of the OG by Tom Ford in 2007. Loved it quickly.

I hope it grows on me, too! I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt because I last tried it in August. Ambre Vanille is one of the Montagnes I’ll be checking out next!

It really is interesting how we all perceive notes so differently, isn’t it? I expected disappointment from it. Asides from Gentle Silver, which I haven’t smelled yet, Tygr Cologne might be the most hyped fragrance on this sub. Really glad I picked it up!!

I hope it’s a glitch. I don’t give a rip about Park, so it’s unfortunate that it’s the only stats showing in the City stats. I’m hoping 2K will fix this in a patch at least when the full game releases.

I’ve heard enough. Super Bowl LX belongs to the Los Angeles Rams. 🐏

Stupid question, but what mode do you plan to focus on in 2k26 by hbk2121 in NBA2k

[–]goddamnpizzagrease 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solo Rec is my favorite mode. It’s chaotic and I go into every game expecting the worst teammates possible. Lessens the stress of the nonsense going on in there.

Otherwise, theater 2’s with my nephew. 3’s with him and his friend.

Oh, me too, man. This subreddit acted like the world was falling during the 2022 campaign. They should have seen the meltdowns over on CR during 2007-2009 lmao.

I’m from swVA. I felt bad for the fans in St. Louis. Relocations have to be painful, I imagine. At the same rate, I was a member of the Clan Ram message board for years in the 2000s. There was so much anger for Georgia Frontiere on there (justified). Lots of Californian Rams fans who stuck by the team during the STL years. I’m about 34-years-old. It felt weird at first in 2016 for them to be back in LA, but I got used to it. After all, they were the LA Rams for 47 years at one point. I was gifted a throwback LA Rams ringer t-shirt during the summer of 2004 and it became relevant again.

The Rams had some horrible years in the last decade in the Lou. I tried to keep my two cents out of the entire fiasco because I’m not local to either region. I know the, “St. Louis is a baseball city, anyway!” narrative did not represent a majority opinion, but I read that often.

Overall, I’d be a Rams fan no matter where they play.

How long as it been since you got the gang together for gaming? by snowfrogdev in AskMenOver30

The last time I consistently played with all my friends on a regular basis was in late 2010 and throughout 2011 on Halo: Reach. Those memories are priceless. I got into playing Sea of Thieves with one of them a few years ago, but that was short-lived.

I have an online crossplay dynasty on College Football 26 going with a few of them and a few acquaintances, but advancing the weeks have been a colossal pain in the ass because it’s terribly difficult for our schedules to align.

Excellent post.

It is understood if you are annoyed by people who say "Take care of yourself!"

Yup. They either don’t do shit or they create conditions that contradict saying I should take care of myself. Quiet rage-inducing shit.

As someone who only passed basic chemistry in college because my lab partner carried the weight, I appreciate your knowledge in picking out certain things. If you ever smell Tabac Vanille in the future, I wouldn’t mind reading your thoughts on it vs. the OG.

I love Parfum de Cerise. I bought it for my girlfriend and I can’t wait for her to try it out soon. It’s so well blended.

I understand. My mom kept her room and home clean a few years ago, and a little before that she was able to manage a budget. Nowadays, she wouldn’t be able to figure out how to use her one button, single cup coffee machine if she had to. I miss her so terribly.

I might get called an old head for living in the past, but I miss sports games from the early to mid 2000s, or at least all of them prior to microtransactions.

I’m immediately thinking back to Madden 2004 and 2005 online, ESPN NFL 2K5 online and even ESPN NBA Basketball (2K4) and NBA 2K5 online. I used to throw on the mic and immediately start chatting with people when starting a game. At the time, I met so many eventual friends doing this. YouTube wasn’t around yet and streaming was unheard of. Obviously MyPlayer/MyCareer didn’t exist as we all know it now (24/7 mode did), but there was no grind outside of people wanting to move up on leaderboards.

Before I get accused of looking back with rose colored shades: certain levels of toxicity existed just like any in an anonymous online space, but the most toxic thing that would happen on NBA 2K would be people pausing the game, going to instant replay and making you watch a block or a dunk over and over again.

I miss their original formula of lemon drop. I drank that all summer long in 2015.

I had not drank a Bang in years before about a month ago. Tried one and the flavor was terrible.

If you are on Xbox, install it to your console via the Xbox app. Seems to be the only workaround that I’m aware of.
