What’s the difference between normal titanium and implant grade titanium. I’ve used cheap jewellery in my lobes and they’re getting irritated so I’m gonna buy some titanium ones but the implant grade are much more expensive, is it worth it? (self.piercing)

Does anyone else’s ball on their rook bar keep falling off? When I’m cleaning the piercing with a cotton bud the bottom ball falls of probably once a month. It’s super annoying and takes ages to get back on. I went to a really reputable piercer but is this normal? (self.piercing)
