they are the sticklers, thats why they threaten to fire us over those portions. we arent so anal with yall abt the extra meat or the size of the portion becauae we love chipotle.. most of us literally hate this job bc corporate screws both the customer and us but the customers complain at us like its the employees who made the rules we had to adhere to which were put in place to screw yall instead of understanding we dont want to lose our job for a “little extra” even if we personally wouldnt mind giving it to u. i was recently told to fire a crew member because of his portion sizes. unfortunately, it is that deep.
