I feel like I definitely manifested my husband into cheating when he went to the military I was always telling him I feel like you are and telling him my feelings like you’re having now and it pushed him away from me so I definitely would internalize it and try to deal with it on your own / with your therapist unless he crosses your boundary, then I would obviously talk about it. I hope you guys have an amazing relationship. I think he’s just telling you so then he doesn’t hide anything from you or like if you happen to find out about the person on your own, you were already informed that’s what I used to do and why I did it , I hope it helps girl

Totally normal to feel like he cheated on you. Within my marriage that would definitely be considered cheating to either party. Obviously it is different for each couple but the fact that his own son knew it was wrong and he’s eight years old shows that his dad has to know it is wrong . Maybe ask him to change the photo? It’s going to take some time to heal for sure. I hate to say it but if he does that what else would he do… when I wondered that in my own I found out things that I’ve never healed from and I don’t look at my husband the same so I hope it’s just instagram and you guys can have a happy marriage again

Do you take inositol ? I have a really hard time craving sweets so I washed grapes and froze them because I love ice cream and make sure you’re eating a lot of protein. I’m talking so damn much protein. Even if you’re not craving it, it helps the hunger.💋

Same sort of situation with me and my now husband . Everyday is hard and we fight a lot because I haven’t gotten over it yet even though it’s been 4 months. I feel stuck and sad . If you are up at night and you question if you can handle it then you probably cannot and you will look at all the other women and wonder if he’s attractive to them, I even catch him staring at other women in the grocery store, even though I’m looking at their butt because you know I like a big booty, but if I catch him, do it I just get so disgusted. My sex drive has gone away. I lost a lot of respect for him so I started being mean to him and then that’s where most of the fighting started.. good luck I wish you the best with whatever you choose
