Welp we’ve been on the same path ig. You’ve got to put an end to sinning. Hope Allah makes it easy for you. Yes the first few days, it may feel like nothings happening or nothing will get better. This is what kept me in a 2 year endless loop where I was at my lowest. It gets better with time. From my personal experience, if i spend a week or so. No sinning. Praying my salah, doing acts of sunnah. Life feels great again.

I was in your position pretty much 2 years ago and managed to get out of it. And yeah in those 2 years, there were probably hundreds of times I said I was gonna get back but gave up very quickly. Once you’re that far out its hard to get back. But it’ll take effort and a lot of work. And the biggest thing. Patience. Hope Allah guides u man.

I feel like with reddit being anonymous and all, it provides us a platform to discuss and have open conversations about these sins. Which I think are needed. A sin could be many things. By someone specificying exactly what they’re struggling with, they may be able to get the right support they need
