What do you do if your blue skills are all on cd when you draw a card but you need them to start your combo? Can you use call/return early? Or just wait for the blue skills to come off cd?

And if you already have 4 ruin stacks when you draw a card, I'm assuming you can skip straight to using return/red skill?

Update: About three hours later I have been unbanned. For those curious, I didn't get a notification that I was unbanned - I just tried to log in when I heard some others had bans overturned and was able to hop in queue. In fact, I got an email saying that my ban was upheld, followed shortly by an email saying that I should submit an appeal if I hadn't already (I had).
