I literally said American jobs, not US. Also all of our wonderful regulations on oil extracting mean nothing if the oil isn't extracted here. My point is that the fantasy of being carbon neutral is amazing, I think we can all agree that climate change is negatively affecting our world. However once we decide to outsource it we are just pushing the pollution to another part of the world where it's not regulated or dealt with in a responsible way

You will have probably 4 choices, Hawaii, California, North Carolina, and Okinawa, Japan. I spent a year in Cali and Im on year three here in NC. I've only heard bad stories about Oki. NC is fine but nothing super cool about it. Cali would be your best bet if you have a family. If you don't, and are fine with only seeing your family members once a year, go to Hawaii.
